Incorporation of Skyrisks Limited

Skyrisks Limited announces its incorporation on January 24,2023, as a new company pioneering Advanced Air Mobility (AAM) insurance, under the laws of England and Wales with company number 14613267.  

The share capital of the company consists of 1,000,000 shares with par value of £0.01.

Michael Coles, Neville Ching, Tom Chamberlain and CharlesNorton-Smith have been appointed to the board of directors. The board said:"Our focus on building AAM insurance expertise and executing a data-driven approach will enable us to develop insurance products as innovative as our client’s businesses. We are passionate about insuring the safe, quick, affordable and environmentally-sustainable movement of people and goods."
